has been selected for their technical expertise, based on the recommendations
of well-respected laboratory leaders, and for their ability to uphold
the MLS philosophy of building long-term business relationships with
customers. They are supported by a management team focused on key
business goals and uncompromising customer service:
With more than twenty years of experience in the biomedical engineering
industry, Randy has served as a manufacturer’s technical specialist
for Dupont, Beckman, Sequoia Turner/Abbott. His field operations
management experience includes asset management programs for laboratories,
reagent conversions for chemistry, hematology and blood gas instruments.
Randy is a trained service technician for numerous additional clinical
instruments and is well known for his ability to refurbish equipment.
Randall has successfully recruited and retained the exceptional
MLS national field service team through continuous quality improvement
and personnel development and training.
Bringing extensive operations management experience to the MLS Team,
Cindy oversees all aspects of MLS finances, daily operations and
manages MLS's service contract account management program. As a
former Director of Operations for Sentara Enterprises, Cindy gained
experience in managing a rapidly growing medical supply company's
operating budget, handling vendor relationships, purchasing, and
worked closely with sales and marketing management. As a partner
in now sold Vidcom, a video communications and advertising company,
Cindy gained valuable entrepreneurial experience. Additional experience
as a mortgage banking loan officer and in developing management
and productivity analysis programs and management tools for Kimberly
Quality Care complements her ability to keep MLS in line while on
the fast track.
With over twenty-four years experience in corporate communications, including management for regional operations with USAA, Cox Communications, and Sentara Health Systems, Susan is responsible for MLS human resources, employee relations, strategic planning, marketing communications and public relations. She is not a stranger to the medical field,
having served as Business Development and Marketing Director for
Sentara businesses, including IV Therapy Centers, DME, Home Health,
Occupational Medicine, Pharmacy, Urgent Care Centers, Emergency
Transport as well as several programs within the Sentara Health
System.
