We have reasonable and competitive contractual service programs that can provide you with expert technical services and the preventive maintenance programs you need to keep your laboratory operating efficiently. FLEXIBLE SERVICE PROGRAMS
MLS business hour contracts provide for all your emergency service needs, necessary parts, new or remanufactured as determined by MLS's product technical specialist, as well as travel and labor, to restore the equipment to the manufacturer's operating specifications. MLS responds to customers within 24 hours of the customer repair service request. Repair service calls will ordinarily be performed during regular hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from 8AM to 5PM. Business hour agreements include a specified number of preventive maintenance (PM) calls and include all necessary travel, labor, and PM parts. MLS maintains equipment to manufacturer's specifications at all times.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
MLS offers flat rate, contract PM services for manufacturer's recommended routine maintenance. All labor, travel and PM kits are included (does not include consumable items or additional parts). Under PM agreements, additional emergency services for labor and travel will be charged at then current rates or as stated on signed Quote or Service Contract.
