MLS business hour contracts provide for all your emergency service needs, parts, new or remanufactured as determined by MLS's product technical specialist, as well as travel and labor, to restore the equipment to the manufacturer's operating specifications. Repair service calls will ordinarily be performed during business hours (8am-5pm), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Business hour agreements can be tailored to your specific needs and include a specified number of preventive maintenance (PM) visits, all parts (excluding consumables) and include all necessary travel and labor. MLS maintains equipment to manufacturer's specifications at all times.
